Canal du Midi - Part 2

Enough of the staircase lock. We went back to our Penichette and picked up our bikes to explore Beziers. This is the gardens... Yes that is a peacock on the left! The flowers were all in bloom although it was not yet summer. Very pretty. Top right is a memorial to the leader of the Resistance in Beziers and bottom right is a statue of Riquet.
